One palette. Two tones. Ten ways to glow.

We believe that if something is going to take up space on your counter, it has to earn its spot. That’s why everything we make here at One Over One is a multi-tasker. Our Duotones are no exception. We created each of these creamy cheek duos to liven up your whole face with just a few taps of your finger. In just one portable palette, you get two multi-tasking shades and over ten ways to customize your look. Here are some of our favorite ways to use the two hues in Duotone to let your natural beauty shine.

1. Fresh Monotone:

Use the lighter shade in your Duotone on cheeks, lids, lips, and the high points of the face for a hint of glow all over.

2. Moody Monotone:

Whether it’s a bronzing shade or a blush shade, use the darker hue in your Duotone on the cheeks, lids, and lips to give your look a little monotone drama. (Trust us, even our pink blush shades look amazing on your eyes.)

3. Contour Your Bone Structure:

Use a bronzing shade like the ones found in Chiaroscuro, Rare Poppy, and Alizarin Rose to contour and accentuate your bone structure. Apply the bronzer under the cheekbones, down the sides of your nose, and around your hairline. Add the highlighting or blush shade on the tops of your cheekbones to add a touch of radiance.

4. Rosy Cheeks:

Dab a pink hue like the ones in Live Umber, Alizarin Rose, and Rare Poppy in the center of your cheeks and blend towards your temples for a natural-looking flush.

5. Effortless Lip:

Apply one or both shades to your lips, focusing the color in the center of your mouth for a just-bitten effect. Then, tap a highlighting shade like the ones in Chiaroscuro and Live Umber on your cupid’s bow to create the appearance of fuller lips.

6. Dewy Lid:

Try a glossy, dewy lid by pressing a small amount of color in the center of your eyelids. Layer colors together or apply them on their own. Press the darker shade in your lid crease to contour your eye.

7. Brow Bone to Cheek:

Add a wash of color or highlighter starting at the outer edge of your brow bone. Extend it down onto the tops of your cheekbones in a C shape, following the natural contours of your bone structure.

8. Matching Cheek & Lip:

For a fresh, rested look, tap the same color onto the center of your lips and the apples of your cheeks. Concentrate the color on the plumpest area of your cheek for a youthful-looking flush.

9. All-Over Sunkissed:

Give your skin a touch of sun without the UV rays. Simply blend the bronzer shade from your Duotone around your hairline, on your brow bones, cheeks, the bridge of your nose, and along your jawline. You can also press a small amount of the same color on your lips to give the whole face a cohesive bronzed hue.

10. Collarbone Highlight:

Duotone doesn’t have to be isolated to your face. Using the pads of your fingers, press a bit of a shimmery highlighting shade on your collarbone to accentuate the natural beauty of your neckline. A bronzer shade will give the area a hint of sun.
